The Vilnius European Capital of Culture 2009 (VECC) event is now well underway with events left right and centre in the capital. It is almost impossible to walk around the city without noticing one of the large green markers telling you about and exhibition or event. The best thing is that almost all of the events are free for all.There are countless events and mini events, but I have singled out what I believe to be the best things to enjoy in the coming week in Vilnius:
